Fire, water, air and earth

when you start your journey with Christ

its a new you, a rebirth

FIRE:

We have to be on fire with God!

When Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego 

were thrown in the fire

They trusted their God with their entire life

said MY God is higher

"ye, who serve the Most High God, come out of the fire

and come to me" 

they knew that the fire would not harm them

because they were already on fire with the power of Christ!

They tied them up with rope

and the rope in now gone

showed that the person they served is the almighty GOD

we need to be on fire like they were

WATER:
What does water do?
It cleans, purifies, and makes everything new
when Jesus wanted to wash peters feet
peter was confused
saying I'm supposed to do that to you

the lowest of the lowest is supposed to clean
the guests feet
why do you insists on cleaning me?
Jesus answered:
you don't know what I'm doing, what I'm teaching
for everything I do, it always has a meaning
the water is going to clean you
let me take away the filth, let me renew
Gods job is to clean us, to purify us
AIR:
Or do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit
 within you, whom you have from God? You are not your own
1 Corinthians 6:19
The Holy Spirit is there to lead
to help us when we're in need
Now the Lord is the Spirit,
 and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom.
step step leading us to the kingdom
EARTH:
Often we see the mountain as an obstacle
we see the problem as a struggle
but we need to realize that when were ON FIRE with God
we let him clean us, lead us, position us
you won't climb the mountain alone
when you fall he picks you up
know that he is in control
the biggest mountain, can be the greatest blessings
if you never conquer those mountains
you will never move ahead 
we won't be prepared

He is more than you can ever imagine
more than you can ever need
He is more than the eye can see
we don't deserve his love yet he continues
giving it to you and me

Prayer..

The holy spirit dwells in me

lives in me, never misguides me

receiving power as I pray on me knees

letting go of what holds me back, and letting 

the holy spirit lead

everything leads back to prayer

everything starts on your knees

Asking God for forgiveness

 to give you strength when you feel weak

to give you hope when you feel hopeless

to say "thank you" even when you're not in need

you don't know how good God is

even the smallest miracles leave you speechless

God is so much more than a doctors diagnosis

He'll pick you up when you're at you're lowest

sometimes we think we're unknown

but no soldier is ever called a soldier before 

going through the war zone 

the tests, the trials, none said it'd be easy

but you won't go through it alone

step by step, replacing my old thoughts

a new mind set 

you think this is it, but I'm just getting

ready..set..go

An All Powerful God

God heals, the sick, the weak, the broken

places words in the ones that are unspoken

gives us passion, and love

a fire in our soul that is awoken

a burning passion to know him

he cleans my soul, made it completely new

in Gods eyes its a whole different point of view

if only you knew the plans he has for you 

God, all powerful, hopeful, accountable

he never fails, even when you think he's not there

I am not capable to understand the plans he has for me

distracted by things that are earthly, temporary, not worthy
he sees every tear I cry, hears every word I cry out to him
he taught me to love myself
 made me secure, gave me purpose
showed me I'm worth it, that he loves me
cares for me unconditionally
no-one will ever love you the way he does, and that.. is reality

Why are you afraid?

"All streams flow into the sea, yet the sea is never full"

trying to satisfy our desires yet our life maintains dull

setting all our focus on different things

when our main focus should be you

trying to fit it, when rising up is what were called to do

being a different generation

being a different youth

while the world is out there getting lost

you need to wake up and realize its up to you

because of the fear built up we keep out mouth shut

im guilty of that too

whats worth your salvation?

day of judgment, than what are you gonna do?

you're gonna tell God you were too scared? 

remember that boy in class, you were too scared to talk to him

afraid of what he might say, but what you didn't know 

is that he was thinking about doing drugs that day

what if you talked to him, told him there is another way

that God will stop the crave, and fill the empty space

that girl at your job you were too scared to say 

"God loves you" to

she's actually suffering at home, being abused

thinking no one loves her, when the message of Gods eternal love

 was supposed to be sent through you

you see, these are missed opportunities 

where a life could be saved but

because you were scared and kept your mouth shut 

and didn't speak up, Gods message was delayed

what is there to be afraid of?

with God on our side whom shall we fear?

the words spoken will be God

speaking life, faithful and true

we have no time for fear

God is coming soon

All Things New

a new beginning, a fresh start

all things new

but same God, same heart

this year God takes away the old

and blesses you with the new

you think God was done working

but he's not through with you

God will walk ahead, so do not be afraid

continue believing God arrives right on time

not sooner, nor delayed

we have to stake awake, watch greater things arrive

let God lead, let him shine

replace your own thoughts, with thoughts of God

a more profound relationship with Christ

sit back and admire his creation

worship like you've never worshipped before

God should be your #1 priority

don't waste this year, focused on your anxiety

wastage of time thinking how this year can go so terribly

you may not see it yet, but God is doing extraordinary things in your life

there are things we have to sacrifice

sometimes we might think its not worth it

but think about it

do you want to waste your time for a little bit of satisfaction

do you wanna look back on your life 

and realize you haven't been doing anything

you've been too focused on things that are temporary

forgetting about God who's necessary 

all things new…

2016 could be an amazing year

but it all depends on you

Revelation 21:5
"Behold, I am making all things new"

Mark 6:50

"For they all saw him and were terrified. But immediately he spoke to them, and said

"Take heart; it is I. Do not be afraid." 

The Price of Change

we always desire our lives to change

yet everything I do is consistently the same

we're tired of our actions 

we're tired of being held back by chains

we want to see the difference 

but progress isn't being made

we expect a different outcome

but our actions stay the same

our sin maintains

we stay in our comfort zones 

when sometimes all we need to do is step out of our lane

we should be improving

and continually growing spiritually 

with Gods nothings ever "enough"

there is always room for more

cause when times get tough we automatically give up

if you choose to change your life

it won't be easy

with change comes pain

but overall our faith has to maintain

remember that God left all our burdens on the cross

why give up a battle we already won

that battle was over with when God sent down his son

don't expect everything to be right

when you continue doing wrong 

don't call yourself weak, when God made you strong

Pain into Praise

                                                                                       

Hopeless: I'm in so much pain

I don't think anyone could understand

how broken and hurt I really am

how tired I am of feeling this way

how much it hurts to act happy all day

I break down in tears every night

I cry wanting to give up this fight

I feel so useless, like I'm a mistake

 I feel so worthless for Gods sake

I don't know how much more of this I can take

but I'm ready to give up

he doesn't love me

why would he anyway

I always fail, mess up, sin

this is a battle I could never win

I ask so many questions

and recieve no answer
I'm actually doubting
when I cry out to him shouting
he doesn't hear me, and if he does he ignores me
a God so great wouldn't love a soul so dirty
I'm in pain, and I'm hurt

Hope: Why do you feel forgotten
like God doesnt know you exist
he cares for the whole world
you're not standing in the mist
he loves each and everyone of us
not a single person he has missed
even though sometimes we might feel alone
as if to him were unknown
never forget who is watching over you
who's sitting on their thrown
even though you might not see him or hear him
just know he's at work
God works silent
just follow his guidance
he works in mysterious ways
you'd be amazed
how in the middle of your pain
 a sudden praise put everything in place
praise the celebration of Gods goodness and grace
who are we without Gods grace mercy and compassion
Gave his only begotten son
he is my passion
weak? he is strong
darkness? he is light
despite all the pain and stains don't lose sight of Jesus
everlasting love goes on and on
a God so great WOULD love a soul so dirty
to cleanse and renue
had his arms stretched wide upon that cross
and it was all for YOU
